You Did It Again!

Your life goes on. The world didn't end. Everything continues perhaps not as you hoped it would but it continues nonetheless. We know how difficult it is to be a human and to be subject to scary thoughts you and others focus on which keep you concerned about your future. Now that you have survived 2007, you should again realize that many of your fears are based in ignorance and need to be ignored.

Living every day just for you is very important. You can only influence the moment. Spending time in the past or worrying about the future is counter productive. You have much to learn and only a short amount of time in which to do it. Filling that time with fear accomplishes nothing.

Life as you know it will continue, so take a moment to contact your spitirual guides and ask them for help in proceeding on your lifeplan. You have much to gain from this communication and we have much to offer. Now is the perfect time to begin this dialogue. Don't squander another moment. This is 2008 and it is still fresh. Make it a positive year.

Holiday Season Again

For several years, we have addressed the hightened feelings many humans feel at this time of year. Many are comforted by remembrances of deceased relatives and friends and equally, many are discomforted by the same memories. Because holidays bring these thoughts to the fore, the energy in contacting those on our side rises exponentially and awareness of the spiritual realm is hightened.

We recommend acceptance of these feelings and broad communication with deceased loved ones whenever comfortable for you. Being human is a never ending learning process and what worked well one year is not necessarily what will work this year. Grow with your experiences and learn from them. Life is good and always rewarding. Your rewards include contact with your spiritual side and in understanding who you are.

Accept these stronger feelings at the end of the year and adjust to the holiday season in your own way. Be up or down or in between in your feelings. Admit to your feelings and own them. Don't let others tell you what your feelings should be - those individuals are not you.

Holidays are a human invention. We join in them with you only to help you understand who you are. Don't put too much emphasis on any aspect of this time. Accept what it means to you for now, as next year, it may mean something totally different!

Use Your Energy to Make Life Good

Although some are suffering and will die from that suffering, the human population on earth is generally quiet and peaceful at this time. Those outside areas of war are comfortable and unconcerned about tomorrow. They are focusing on day-to-day living and their fear of the unknown is low. Is everything ok? Are humans learning to live with each other? Are the violent natures of the few really just an abberation? Will peace actually decend or is this merely just a lull in the war of man verses man?

You as humans have all of the energy necessary to adopt peace as your daily way of life. You do not need intervention from us to bring a calm to your existence. We do not need to interfer with earth energy to bring healing and happiness. You can do that on your own. Thus, to make everything ok for the long term, all you have to do is make it happen.

Of course, that is much easier to say than to accomplish. By your nature, humans are somewhat lazy. You enter humaness, get comfortable with it and soon forget your lessons. You think you can just coast and everything will be ok. That is how you invented the Garden of Eden! You thought that if everything was this pleasant, then if the bad energy just left, you would have the best existence possible. That overlooked your reason for being.

You were sent to earth to interact with us, each other and universal energy to advance the totality of this energy not to just use it for your comfort. Your individual life plan is a mixer in the complex stew of human creation. By living your life, you change the balance and mix and thus universal energy is expanded.

So, is life better now or is this just a lull? The answer is that it is whatever you want it to be. Collectively, humans can create whatever existence they want. Talk with those closest to you and decide what you want, then achieve it. You can have harmony in the midst of war or you can have war in the midst of peace. Decide what you want and then get it. Sitting back hoping for something good won't work. You must make life happen. Go for it!

Your request for confirmation of Karma being choice rather than cause and effect is very interesting. You reveal much understanding and acceptance of the cosmic energy structure. That small doubt remaining is there because your human personage has a logical brain that too often interferes with feeling the energy side of existence.

You have a life to live, so the many and varied experiences you have are necessary but tend to lead you astray from the learning you desire. That is ok. You will not learn everything in just one human lifetime. The energy you experience brings into question the very strong comments about Karma that others have made and continue to make. This energy experience is occurring because you are further advanced than most of the humans on earth. They need "leaders" to interpret for them, you don't. They need to follow structure, you don't. They need constant reassurance, you don't.

This advancement you enjoy is not good or bad. It doesn't make you better or them worse. It does not negate their belief system or upgrade yours. This advancement just is. Having this structure means you will always question and seek proof positive of any belief you pursue. There will always be some doubt caused by the sheer numbers of the other believers. That will last until one day you finally realize your feelings are the only true answers and then the doubt will end. On that day, great joy will shower upon you.

You will note that in the book "Into Eternity" very few references are made to God because we refer to the Greater Being. Why? Does it really matter how this energy is described? In "Conversations With God", Walsch writes that God states "The difficulty is knowing the difference between messages from God and data from other sources." We used the Greater Being when describing our energy because we understand the difficulty many have accepting our energy when the word God is used. Both books are describing the exact same energy in slightly different formats.

We have stated for a very long time that humans on earth are undergoing a rapid growth in psychic awareness during the next fifty years. You are part of those who are already more aware and thus you question what has become standard teaching - about Karma for instance - far more than others do.

Continue your search Jude. Keep interpreting all feelings. Accept all input. Know all answers. You are on a strong path for understanding the totality of existence and through this knowledge, you will be able to help many, many others.

The Body Talks

If you are genetically predisposed to certain diseases, conditions or illnesses, will you fall prey to them? If your grandmother and mother had breast cancer, will you get it? Are you here to share the same health conditions without regard to who you are?

Many individuals are confused about their choices as humans. They think either they have no choice in what happens to them and that every event in their life is pre-destined, or they feel that they can only control part of what occurs in their life and that the rest is dependent on outside forces such as the genes they inherited. The choices everyone has are totally in their control. Nothing concerning health must be accepted as "that's the way it is".

Genes carry human identification which is interesting as far as you understand it. Gene information can be changed at will. If you have concerns about the direction your body may take in health issues, learn to communicate with the body and issue instructions you desire followed. Without this communication, your body will continue to follow paths which it inherited from others, and which may not be very good for you.

Even though you reside in your body, you are often not in control and usually not in communication with it. Humans have forgotten what it is like to be in control of their bodies. To re-establish such control, it is necessary to communicate your desires to your body and to listen when your body has important messages for you. This communication can be described as talking from your innerbeing to the body's control center. It is like two separate organizations within one being. For optimal performance, both organizations must be in harmony.

With the stress of everyday living, many of you have lost contact with your body. Some of you feed it at your convenience a mixture of foods you think will satisfy survival needs. You fail to consume sufficient water to remove all wastes. You abuse your very being and then are shocked when the genetic codes for illness kick in. Others are very smug and think you are doing everything perfectly by feeding your body only healthy foods (as defined by logic), plenty of water, and all of the correct supplements. Yet you look awful and often create health problems independent of genetic history.

To improve your health, start listening when your body talks. Follow the inputs you receive regardless of preconceived notions. When your body communicates a need for certain foods, get them. Forget your logical thinking. Listen to the body - always. Don't question what you need in those foods or how long you should be eating them. Use them as long as your body indicates a need. Once the need is over, your body will so inform you.

By following what your body dictates and keeping an open mind about your control of your life, you can avoid all diseases--genetic or not.

Saying Goodbye to Loved Ones

Saying good bye to loved ones is not just about death. It is also about living. Saying good bye means clearing deep rooted emotional feelings from your inner being. It means letting go of perceived hurts and slights. It means forgiving other humans who have hurt you in physical, emotional and psychological ways. It means accepting who you and they are and forging on beyond the pain.

Saying good bye is an adjustment to your lifeplan. Sometimes it is relatively easy to accomplish and at other times it is very difficult. It always involves introspection and much acceptance of your life. It seldom answers the questions of why or why me. Instead, it removes the debris from your path and enables you to move toward your future.

When contemplating saying good bye to loved ones, you must understand why it is important to say good bye. Failure to say good bye puts a burden on you whether you are remaining in the physical side or returning home to the spiritual side. Humans are on earth to learn for the good of the universe. It is a complex process which requires much study to understand. Accepting the premise that you are here to succeed in your plans means that you cannot waste time being stuck in human problems. Accepting the fact that you are who you are because of everything which has happened to you up to this date and time means that you would be someone different if those events hadn't occurred.

Even painful, discomforting events were (or are) in your lives for a purpose. You usually don't understand that purpose. So what! Accept them as part of your history. Now move on.

Too often you expect answers from others which will remove a vail from your understanding and give you insight you feel you are lacking. You expect clear, concise answers which will enable you to say "Ahh...". When we fail to get these answers, you react in a negative way and start (or continue) to think of the others involved in less than positive ways. You avoid them, you seek excuses for acting toward them the way you do, you wish them ill. Often, those involved have no realization you feel this way because you have not taken the steps to communicate your discomfort. You expect them to almost be mind readers and automatically understand your concerns.

Therefore, one of the best exercises in saying goodbye is to improve communication with those you love (or feel close to). Once the communication is open, state exactly what is bothering you and ask for an answer. Be prepared for a long discussion. They will be limited in their communication skills and may not know how to react to your comments. Don't give up. Don't fall into an emotional trap. Make the communication work. Get the words flowing between you. Listen to what is being said.

When necessary, break the discussion for rest periods. Later (hours, days, weeks, etc.) resume and continue until you have your answers. Do not end the discussion until you are satisfied with the answers. You may not agree with them, but you must understand them.

The next hard part - forgive the other person. Once the communication has given you the answers you are seeking, you must forgive them any slights you think they caused. This must be a true forgiveness. Here is an exercise:

Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor. Breathe in very deeply then exhale until there is no air left in your lungs then breathe in again. Do this five times. Then, close your eyes. Touch your fingertips and thumbs to each other in a tepee form and let your hands relax in your lap.

Then clear your mind by focusing on the person you want to forgive. See only them in your mind. See this person bathed in a brilliant white light. When they are so focused in your mind, start the mantra of "I forgive you". Repeat it as many times as necessary. While repeating this, see this person growing from your forgiveness. See them accepting what you are sending. End the session when it feels comfortable to do so.

You may have to do this exercise several times until you successfully forgive the person. When you are successful, you will have said good bye to everything which has blocked your movement to the future. You will be able to avoid negative energy whenever you are in the presence of or merely thinking of this person. It doesn't matter whether or not they accept you, your energy or what you have told them. This is about you. If they do not accept you or they now feel this is another way to get back into your life to bother you again, do not fall into their trap! Once you have forgiven and released them, their current actions will not affect you!

To feel successful, you must do this exercise for all who are important to you. Start with those whom you feel most comfortable with and with whom you have relatively minor problems. Work your way up towards those you are most uncomfortable with. Run this exercise continually until all those you love or feel close to are forgiven.

At that time, there will be a new you and your life path will once again glow in front of you.

Accepting Death

Every human accepts death prior to actually dying. Some experience this acceptance in the final few seconds of life while others accept death many, many years before it actually occurs.

By accepting death, it is possible for the human to end life as known and to sucessfully return to the spiritual side. Whether the acceptance is quick or evolving, it is accomplished with a dawning of how great our energy is and how wonderful it will be beyond the limits of humaness. To be aware of eternity is, is to be aware of the limits under which humans exist. We wanted these limits on you so the unique experiences you live would contribute the necessary human energy to the universe. This energy is well defined and needed to be used in the ever expanding universe.

To accept your death does not mean you must concentrate on the actual event. You do not have to fear or spend massive time contemplating the end. Accepting your death is merely the understanding that the scope of eternity is where you belong. Seeing your place in eternity enables you to appreciate who you are as a human and what great energies you are contributing to our universal growth.

By completely accepting your end time many years before its occurance, you will live an end of life which is calm and accepting. By accepting you death at the last possible moment, you will live a life of continuing excitement and energy which may not seem too pleasant at the moment. Regardless of which way you accept the end, it will occur and prior to passing over, you will understand, and your life will come to the proper end per your lifeplan.
